This is the payment we were expecting for participating in the Snohomish County PUD Solar Express program. It comes just a few weeks after completing the final post-install inspection, etc. Both the solar water heat and photovoltaics incentive payouts are combined in a single check.
We heard the checks are issued on Mondays (indeed, our check is dated Monday), but it takes a few days before arriving in snail mail (envelope postage metered Tuesday, postmarked Wednesday, and received Thursday).
